Chat on WhatsApp βOnce your order is confirmed, open the ChopsCity app and go to 'My Orders'. Tap your active order to see real-time tracking β from the store preparing it to your rider's location on the way to you.
Check the live tracking in the app first. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, contact our support team via WhatsApp or through the app and we'll look into it immediately.
You can cancel an order before it is accepted by the store. Once a store begins preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Go to 'My Orders' β tap your order β select 'Cancel Order' if the option is available.
If payment was deducted but your order was never delivered, you are fully entitled to a refund. Contact our support team immediately with your order ID and we will resolve it as a priority.
Go to 'My Orders', find the completed order, and tap 'Report an Issue'. Select the affected item(s) and describe what happened. Our team will review it and make it right.
Refunds are typically processed within minutes to your ChopsCity wallet, or up to 3β5 business days back to your card depending on your bank. We'll notify you once the refund is initiated.
You can update your saved address from your profile settings. For a specific active order, contact support as soon as possible β address changes are only possible before the rider picks up your order.
To request account deletion, contact our support team via email or through the app. We'll process the request and confirm within 48 hours. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
